We’d usually jump feet first into a stock market update and analysis around this time of day. But today, I thought I’d start off with something interesting I found.
Let’s take a look at the put-call ratio…
The put-call ratio gauges the trading volume of put options to call options in the market. Whenever the put-call ratio is above 1 (more puts than calls), like we saw last October, it means investors are increasingly fearful and that put buying is increasing.
But over the past four months, sentiment has been moving toward calls, which means the recent fear level is now lower.
P.S. Joy of the Trade’s Jeff Zananiri is finally ready to reveal his proprietary market scanner that allows him to isolate NINE trades most likely to go up every single month.
Each of these trades benefit from a massive wave of capital that floods the market like clockwork, giving “in-the-know investors” the chance to make double and triple digits.
This century-old market phenomenon is well known by Wall Street, and usually stays between former insiders.
But Jeff is pulling back the curtain on these cash floods that could give regular folks the chance to make gains of 20%… 40%… and even 100% or more on their trades.
