Traders, I think it’s time for another installment of Bang, Buy, Bust — and this one has me focusing on two NYSE stocks to watch in 2021 — and a Wall Street darling that early destroyed me!
One of them is a name that’s newer than most stocks, and the other is making a major comeback from 2019…
First, the stock I want to bang for quick profits… oh baby.
While I want to get in and out of this stock quickly, I have a feeling profits from Churchill Capital could last a bit longer..
Churchill Capital Corp. IV (NYSE: CCIV) is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) that was founded by former Citigroup executive Michael Klein. Rumors of a merger between Churchill Capital and Lucid Motors have pushed CCIV’s stock up more than 300% since January.
I myself have already done some bull call spreads for February and March… and they’re paying me quite nicely right now.
Now for the stock I want to buy and hold for some time… this one might be a bit of a shocker — especially considering we’re still in the middle of a global pandemic…
And that’s Carnival Cruise Line.
It might sound a bit outlandish, but even other investors have noticed that this cruise company might finally be worth watching. Carnival Corp. (NYSE: CCL) was trading more than 8% higher on Tuesday with a ton of short-dated call buying.
It’s crazy to think investors want to buy cruise liners right now, but you have to remember that Wall Street is always forward-thinking.
With the COVID-19 vaccines slowly being distributed and optimism of a full economic reopening surging, more people are likely to be able to begin traveling again to escape the monotony of the stay-at-home culture.
The last stock — something I’m thinking of calling the worst stock of February 2021 — busted my account horribly last week. Yes, even I lose money from time-to-time…
It happens to the best of us.
And to make matters worse, this stock happens to be a Wall Street favorite…

P.S. One former hedge fund trader just pulled back the curtain on a new method that only requires you to participate in the market right before it closes.
You see, from the time the market opens until about 3 p.m. EST, Wall Street has the upper hand. But once 3 o’clock rolls around, the big funds on Wall Street start bleeding cash… which sends certain stocks crashing lower.
Take advantage of these cash bleeds during Wall Street’s weakest hour, and you can make huge returns the next morning when the market opens again.
