Job Description

We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as a Tech Assistant in Nocatee, FL. We are a digital publishing company that is growing quickly, and we are looking for someone with a passion to succeed and a high attention to detail. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

We’re looking for a Tech Assistant who is multi-talented in all things digital. The ideal candidate will know the basics around digital asset management, setting up equipment, wired connections (microphone, iPad, teleprompter, camera, lights, etc.). The most important component is to be able to adapt to new devices and connections, whatever those may be. This role will require data entry, video recording setup, and “all things digital.” This position requires a high work ethic, a positive attitude, and a solution-driven mentality.

On-site training will be provided.

 

Responsibilities

    • Maintain webinar calendar in conjunction with Associate Publisher
    • Liaise with Production Team to ensure all filming needs are met
    • Maintain video hosting and footage library within G suite, website, Vidalytics, and Vimeo
    • Setup filming equipment and stationary set based on webinar needs (hookup gadgets, turn on lights, connect video card to camera, connect microphone, etc)
    • Data entry, posting videos to site, and file transfers to other internal teams
    • Setup and test live event links and webinar rooms pre-launch
    • Digitally attend daily meetings (via Zoom)
    • Execute various projects assigned by Manager

Requirements

    • Project management skills
    • Ability to work in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
    • Ability to self-check work and troubleshoot any issues
    • Ability to collaborate closely with team members.
    • Attention to detail & solution-driven mentality
    • Software experience a plus: Slack, Video Editing, Microsoft Office (Excel)
    • Experience in video production (including producing) is a plus
    • NOTE: Trading experience is NOT required.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as a Junior Stock Options Trading Assistant.

We’re looking for a Trading Assistant who is obsessed with the financial markets. The ideal candidate needs to be hyper-responsive, be a self-starter, have a “hunter mindset”, be analytical and numbers-driven, able to update the spreadsheets (trade trackers), proactive without having to be prompted, retain training information, and be able to adapt and pick up on things quickly.

Someone that will study the stock market activity like a hawk, execute trades, monitor and analyze trade activity on behalf of our gurus/editors. The Trade Analyst will perform trade-related data analysis in order to help advise internal franchises on the applicable trading strategy and picks within the given program portfolios with the use of portfolio management programs and tools.

To succeed in this job, you need trading skills, analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to perform research. Experience with stock trading is essential for this career. Understanding how to interpret data and make strategic trading decisions is also crucial.

The candidate for this role should be super passionate about trading stocks and love the markets.

This role requires the ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced and often stressful environment. The candidate will have a knack for connecting the dots between economics and market activity, especially as they relate to assigned trading strategies that are overseen and managed by our gurus/editors.

The ideal candidate is a hyper communicator (mostly through Slack and Zoom) and can keep track of MANY simultaneous tasks to execute high trade activity in an effective and timely manner. This person will raise questions when something doesn’t seem right, someone that is not timid to communicate. This position requires a high work ethic, a positive attitude, and a solution-driven mentality.

 

Responsibilities

    • Maintain & track “trade alerts” across several trading programs (simultaneously)
    • Research and learning of methodologies for various trading programs
    • Report analysis and research findings to gurus on a regular basis throughout each day
    • Learn specific tools (i.e. – scanner, Bloomberg terminal, Market XLS sheets, etc)
    • Digitally attend daily meetings (via Zoom)
    • Provide written analysis of trade recommendations to be distributed through editorial channels within the company
    • Identify trade opportunities within each assigned program and communicate directly to gurus throughout each day
    • Need to be committed to the markets; not distracted with side gigs during the day
    • Insatiably follow the markets (track activity using indicators and have an opinion)
    • Supervise daily bookings and develop daily reports plus forecasts

Requirements

    • Must be able to watch markets and monitor all positions
    • Project management skills

    • Patient and able to help with customer Q/A on webinars and live trade rooms
    • Ability to work in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field
