For this video, I decided to do something a little special for you guys… something I strictly do once a year…
I’m going to go over my stock market predictions for 2022 that’ll help us navigate what to trade once January hits.
Since we know that a lot of variables will change on the market — and it’s a fool’s game trying to predict how the year will end — I analyzed all my charts and wrote down everything I expect to happen in the first quarter of 2022.
I want to give traders a roadmap for 2022 because 2021 ended up being a really bullish year with some major shocks toward the end — and I have a feeling those problems will persist into the new year.
Major Stock Market Predictions for Q1 of 2022
One of the main charts I’m going to be watching in 2022 is the S&P 500. The first thing I did when writing down my predictions was look at the shocking low it made in March — remember when delta hit?
And then I went ahead and calculated how much we’ve rallied from that COVID-19 low — 115.89%.
From there I used a fibonacci retracement on the chart — this shows me key levels and percentage pullbacks that an asset can move to and the highest likelihood of the areas it will go.
One of the key levels I’m seeing is around the 4,130 spot… we’re looking at a possible 500-point move that could get tested early into 2022. There’s also another level highlighted on my chart that could lead to a 600-point move…
But before I dive deeper into that, we have got to talk about oil. I have a gut feeling that oil is going to have a major bounce and bullish move soon — which should take it to over $100 a barrel.
Right now, oil is priced at $70 a barrel, so we’re looking at a 43% move to the upside in 2022. And it’s not the only thing I expect to rip higher within the first three months of the new year…
Watch the video below to learn more about my stock market predictions for 2022. I also cover where I expect bonds to go… the hedge fund account doomed to fail in 2022… which stocks are poised to outperform the market… and Bitcoin.
