3 Reasons Why Stock Market Volatility Is About to Explode This Fall

by | Aug 16, 2021 | Uncategorized

I have an important message and topic to discuss today, and it’s prudent that all investors pay close attention…

Lately, I’ve been picking up warning signs on my radar that stock market volatility is about to explode in fall 2021.

I feel it’s my duty to inform my readers and viewers of what I see coming into the markets very soon, and big red flags are popping up on my charts.

And there are three massive reasons why I know volatility is on the cusp of erupting this fall. If you’re not ready for the stock market volatility we’re about to see, then you’re going to get your ass handed to you.

3 Reasons Why Volatility Is Exploding in the Stock Market This Fall

One of the reasons why stock market volatility will explode in fall 2021 is because of all the recent news coming from Afghanistan

The fall of Afghanistan to the Taliban — happening almost immediately after U.S. troops left — will trigger a huge geopolitical risk-off market.

One obvious knock-on effect I see coming is an emboldened, aggressive China.

Afghanistan is a massive mining center, so this event could lead to China looking to create an alliance with the Taliban. At the top of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s list is to take control of the semiconductor hub center that’s in Taiwan.

The alliance could eventually allow China to take over Taiwan as a result — more on this massive tech volatility creator in the video below.

Another sign that stock market volatility will explode in fall 2021 is how the Federal Reserve is acting.

Everyone knows inflation is running rampant, but Fed Chair Jermone Powell continues to sing a different tune.

We’re not dumb… We know how much things cost in the supermarket and gas station, so we’re the first to notice when the price of consumer goods is going up.

And prices have steadily increased since the beginning of COVID-19.

If the Fed continues this nonchalant attitude about inflation, it will be forced to to taper the economy at the worst possible time for Americans — and as stock market volatility is just starting to ignite ahead of this fall.

And the third reason why stock market volatility is set to shoot up in fall 2021 has to do with a seasonal pattern that’s about to repeat itself…

99 Problems and a “Pivot” is One

A friend of mine sent me this chart about three months ago. I should probably print it and keep it in my wallet next to a photo of my daughter. Given the sheer number of questions I’ve fielded lately, I’ll probably end up showing this chart more than her picture.

Everything Everywhere, Going Down, All At Once

When our momentum reading went negative last week, I didn’t know that we’d have the second largest bank failure in U.S. history three days later. All I knew was that it went negative… and that we got out of the way.
