Bulls Bet Big on This Natural Gas Name Burning Up the Charts

by | Aug 18, 2022 | Options

In Thursday’s Blitz Daily with Lance Ippolito, we take a look at natural gas company Cheniere Energy as its shares continue to climb.

We continue to see choppy price action as market makers keep the major indexes pinned up heading into Friday’s monthly options expiration…

I’ll be honest — this is no time to fall in love and stay married to a stock for months on end…

But it is a perfect opportunity to get out into the market, keep your eyes on that institutional order flow and mingle with the movers and shakers!

One name turning heads Thursday is our old friend, Cheniere Energy.

While oil prices have moved more than 20% off their midsummer highs, natural gas prices have been red hot over the past month, and so has shares of LNG…

The stock is up more than 30% since mid-July, and bullish options traders came in hot, looking for more upside Thursday!

Around lunchtime, my scanners spotted one institutional buyer pick up about 550 contracts of the Jan. 20, 2023 expiration, $200 strike calls for around $320,000 in premium!

But if you’d rather play the field, there are loads more options flow rolling in…

    • Tupperware Brands Corp. (NYSE: TUP)): Jan. 20, 2023, $15 CALL.
    • Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE: DB): Oct. 21, $9 PUT.
    • Amazon.com Inc. (Nasdaq: AMZN): Sept. 2, $142 CALL.
    • Cheniere Energy Inc. (NYSE American: LNG): Jan. 20, 2023, $200 CALL.
    • Tellurian Inc. (NYSE American: TELL): Oct. 21, $6 CALL.

Check out my short video and I’ll break down the day’s most unusual options order flow in no time flat!

P.S. Over 90 days ago, 80 traders took a HUGE leap of faith…

They joined me inside a beta test group to explore a brand-new way to trade options…

I didn’t promise them overnight success, or guarantee we’d even beat the market…

All they knew was we were going to leverage the $120 trillion market force thats caused some of the most prominent stocks to rise and fall…

They had that much faith in me that things would work out… And boy did they ever!

We uncovered some of the most incredible trades during some of the worst market conditions I can remember…

We scored a 42%* gain on PYPL in three days, 38%* gain on SU in four days, and a 38%* gain on SDGR*…

And not I’m ready to reveal how these 80 brave traders and I outsmarted 2022’s dumpy market.

All I Can Say Is… WOW!

Blitz Daily With Lance Ippolitto

At Weekly Blitz Alerts, we follow the big fish and what they’re buying. And we do that with my proprietary Blitz Tracker, which alerts me to big, institutional options order flow throughout the day. Then we get in on these plays and follow the “smart money.”

By doing this, we cash in whether the broader market is going up, down or sideways.

The Blitz Daily with Lance Ippolito is where I go over a handful of options trades that hit my Blitz Tracker each day, Monday through Thursday. I will break down the trade with the sexiest order flow and tell you exactly what I think can happen with that stock by the next day’s opening bell.

99 Problems and a “Pivot” is One

A friend of mine sent me this chart about three months ago. I should probably print it and keep it in my wallet next to a photo of my daughter. Given the sheer number of questions I’ve fielded lately, I’ll probably end up showing this chart more than her picture.

Everything Everywhere, Going Down, All At Once

When our momentum reading went negative last week, I didn’t know that we’d have the second largest bank failure in U.S. history three days later. All I knew was that it went negative… and that we got out of the way.
