In Wednesday’s Blitz Daily, we take a look at Silicon Valley powerhouse chipmaker Qualcomm after it announced a strategic partnership with Microsoft.
Qualcomm was one of the few bright spots for the tech sector on Wednesday. Shares jumped as much as 3.3% following an announcement the company is developing news chips for Microsoft’s upcoming metaverse project.
Bullish traders bombarded QCOM options, taking large positions across multiple expirations. One big spender dropped more than $800,000 to grab around 700 contracts of the Feb. 4 $190 strike calls!
