by | Aug 30, 2022 | Market Updates

The major indexes rose Tuesday morning following two days of losing sessions on Wall Street — and more in Tuesday’s stock market recap.

Investors are awaiting the latest consumer confidence data as several large companies report earnings.

Baidu Inc. (Nasdaq: BIDU), HP Inc. (NYSE: HPQ), Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. (NYSE: HPE) and Chewy Inc. (NYSE: CHWY) are just some of the companies scheduled to report earnings Tuesday.
