In Friday’s stock market recap, I’ll tell you why I’m getting nervous about tech and consumer stocks, whether the Energy sector has any more upside and whether the bond market is set to rise or fall following the Federal Open Market Committee announcement this week.
And if you’ve been watching my morning videos, then you know that on Fridays I like to review everything that happened over the past week…
That means looking at how our trades did, as well as discussing what we learned and how it applies to our trading plan for the following week.
This week, we made an 83% gain on an option play in Albemarle Corp. (NYSE: ALB) and 8% on the underlying in just four days.
And this is exactly why I like to use options… there’s a lot more quick profit potential!
We also had a 38% gain in a real estate company.
It’s all explained in my stock market recap video below.
I’ll also give you an update on the global economy and supply chain issues from this week, as well as cover what we can expect from the market in the near term.
I’ll also show you what sectors or stocks I’m watching, and any potential plays.
This will vary of course depending on what we’ve seen in the market over the past week, and what might be teeing up for next week.
Sometimes, it’ll be a sector or an ETF… or a stock or stocks within a particular sector… or names that simply present an attractive opportunity based on what we’re seeing in their charts.
In this stock market recap video , I’m looking at which sectors seem to be headed toward consolidation.
